Speedos are made to be wet!

This could be self-evident: a speedo is made to be wet, at least some of the time.  And when it is wet, it looks even sexier as it clings to every part of the wearer's anatomy it's supposed to be covering.  So we start with a few wet garments today, and there are also some dry ones!
